Orders & Production
All items are made to order through our trusted partner, Printful. Production begins once your order is confirmed.

Payment
Full payment is required at checkout.

Shipping
Production usually takes 2–7 business days. Shipping times:

• U.S.: 3–7 business days

• International: 7–21 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. You’ll get a tracking number once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is made to order, all sales are final unless your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact us within 7 days, and we’ll replace it.

All content, designs, and logos on this site belong to Simos Standard Co. and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or issues caused by third-party fulfillment. Our liability is limited to replacing damaged or defective items.
